IMD Capital is a partnership between two lifelong real estate professionals.  Chad Koster and Mike Bosgraaf have been in the real estate space for over 35 years, each with deep experience and vast knowledge in residential, commercial, new construction, and the development of real estate investment properties.


They bring their collective experience together to focus on real estate as a long-term investment by identifying the best locations for multifamily rental communities and lead the journey of land entitlement.

Established in the late 80’s, Integrated Architecture is a valued member of the development team. They provide excellent design solutions from concept design to working and communicating with both local and State levels of government. Integrated is a group of professionals dedicated to delivering a high quality and detailed construction drawings for the contractor to bring to life.

CONSTRUCTION

As a fourth generation builder, Bosgraaf has mastered the process of construction. Their team of professionals bring a different eye to building a commercial project, particularly when they are a partner in it. We've been involved in other commercial projects where the dumpster is full of perfectly good materials and there is absolutely zero concern for value engineering. Not so with Bosgraaf. Their subs and vendors are all trained in finding the small things along the way that quickly add up to big things. Those things save time and money. We're in good hands!
